Included Product Tanks definition

Included Product Tanks means the Product storage tanks owned and operated by the Company or by third parties as further identified and described on Schedule E, including, as applicable with respect to the inventory report provided by such third party, any related facilities or pipelines used in connection with such tanks.
Included Product Tanks has the meaning given to it in the Supply and Offtake Agreement.
Included Product Tanks means the product storage tanks at Kinder Xxxxxx’x Xxxxxx terminal, as further identified and described on Schedule E.

Examples of Included Product Tanks in a sentence

  • With respect to any Other Product Barrels that the Company expects to deliver to the Refinery Product Storage Tanks or such other designated Included Product Tanks, the Company shall give Xxxx written notice of such expected delivery at least ten (10) Business Days preceding the expected delivery month for such Other Product Barrels and in such notice the Company shall provide to Xxxx the quantity, grade and delivery terms of such Other Product Barrels expected to be delivered.

  • Aron shall have the exclusive right (to the extent that such exclusive right can be granted) to inject (except for such injections by the Company otherwise contemplated hereby), store, transport and withdraw Products in and on the Included Product Pipelines and the Included Product Tanks to the same extent as the Company’s rights to do so prior to the implementation of the Required Storage and Transportation Arrangements.

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.

  • Covered Products means Your Applications, Libraries, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications, and/or FPS implementations developed under this Agreement.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Covered Product The consumer product that You purchased concurrently with and is covered by this Agreement.

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • complex product means a product which is composed of multiple components which can be replaced permitting disassembly and re-assembly of the product.

Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter.   • Product Inventory means all inventory of the Product owned by Seller or its Affiliates as of the Closing, including raw materials, work-in-process, bulk form drug and finished Product.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Edible cannabis product means cannabis product that is intended to be used, in whole or in part, for human consumption, including, but not limited to, chewing gum, but excluding products set forth in Division 15 (commencing with Section 32501) of the Food and Agricultural Code. An edible cannabis product is not considered food, as defined by Section 109935 of the Health and Safety Code, or a drug, as defined by Section 109925 of the Health and Safety Code.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
