Examples of Included Programs in a sentence

  • Device may scale Included Programs in order to fill the screen of the applicable display; provided that Licensee’s marketing of the Device shall not state or imply to consumers that the quality of the display of any such upscaled content is substantially similar to a higher resolution to the Included Program’s original source profile (i.e. SD content cannot be represented as HD content).

  • Upon receipt of such written notice, Licensee shall include the Included Programs on the Licensed Service as soon thereafter as practicable.

  • If the cause of the Security Breach that gave rise to a Suspension is corrected, repaired, solved or otherwise addressed in the sole judgment of Licensor, the Suspension shall terminate upon written notice from Licensor and Licensor’s obligation to make its Included Programs available on the Licensed Service shall immediately resume.

  • The Licensed Service shall not incorporate the Included Programs and any Adult Programs in the same menu interface; provided, that the foregoing restriction shall not apply to alphabetical lists, search results or other user-initiated categorization of programming.

  • If the cause of the Security Breach that gave rise to a Suspension is corrected, repaired, solved or otherwise addressed in the sole, good faith judgment of Studio, the Suspension shall immediately terminate upon Studio’s delivery to Comcast of a notice thereof (“Reinstatement Notice”) (which notice shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) and Comcast’s right to make the Included Programs available on the Licensed Service shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable.

  • As soon as practicable after the delivery of a Reinstatement Notice to Comcast, Comcast shall include the Included Programs on the Licensed Service as otherwise required hereunder.

  • Comcast shall have the right to market and promote the Included Programs in accordance with this Section 15.

  • Comcast shall submit to Studio for Studio’s prior approval (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) all promotional and/or advertising material (other than materials prepared by Studio) relating to the Included Programs that include any Studio Marks before Comcast exhibits, publishes or otherwise disseminates such material.

Related to Included Programs

  • Excluded Products means the items described on the applicable restricted products per country, any other applicable Program Policy, or any other information made available to you by LINIO.
