Incoming communication definition
Incoming communication or “communication” means contact with DCS concerning alleged abuse or neglect of a child by any method that is received by or ultimately directed to the Centralized Intake Hotline.
Incoming communication means a telephonic, written, or in-person contact to the Department that is received by or ultimately directed to the Centralized Intake Hotline.
