Examples of Incoming Data in a sentence

  • The Provider shall have no warranty and liability for any claims, losses, or damage caused by errors or omissions in any information (including the Incoming Data) provided to the Provider by the Customer, in connection with the Roivenue Service or any actions taken by the Provider at the Customer’s direction.

  • In order to maintain a standard of quality of the results, the Service may automatically detect and correct some recurring deficiencies in Incoming Data.

  • Any Incoming Data that was loaded onto the Roivenue Service, may be deleted, usually at the end of the month following the month in which the Agreement was terminated.

  • The “development of the EAS-FHSC Project” may include, but will not be limited to, the following: Incoming Data management, combination with Incoming Data provided by other Suppliers, analysis, production of Results, publication and advertising of the Results, application for funding that allows the sustainability of the EAS-FHSC Project, and other potential activities that may arise and be considered of interest for the EAS-FHSC Project.

  • In order to ensure the quality of the provided service, the Roivenue Service may automatically detect and correct some of the repeating mistakes of the loaded Incoming Data.

  • Pledgor hereby authorizes Secured Party, for the benefit of the Lender Group, to file one or more financing or continuation statements, and amendments thereto, relative to all or any part of the Collateral without the signature of Pledgor where permitted by law.

  • The EAS-FHSC Coordinating Centre agrees to be bound by this Agreement in consideration of the Supplier making the Incoming Data available to it.
