Incomplete Contract definition

Incomplete Contract means any Contract the original of which is not contained in the related Contract File as of the date for the verification thereof set forth in Section 3.03(d) hereof.

  • Incomplete vehicle means any vehicle which must undergo at least one further stage of completion in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;
