Incremental Capital definition

Incremental Capital. Section 2(p)(i)
Incremental Capital has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(c).
Incremental Capital for any Plan Year shall mean the sum of (i) Net Stock Issued in such Plan Year and invested in any respective Eligible New Business plus (ii) New Net Debt in such Plan Year invested in any respective Eligible New Business. Incremental Capital may be positive or negative, but shall exclude any Net Stock Issued or New Net Debt that are associated with construction of an Eligible New Business until such construction has been completed and the Eligible New Business related to such construction is placed into commercial operation.

  • For capital expenditures related to the NYPA Backbone System that do not meet the requirements of Section 14.2.3.2.7(a)(ii) above or Section 14.2.3.2.7(a)(iv) below, NYPA’s Annual Incremental Capital Expenditures that may be recovered through the NTAC, absent Voting Member System review and approval, are capped at $40 million in 2016 dollars (as adjusted annually using the Consumer Price Index).

  • Incremental Term Loan Amount means, at any time, the excess, if any, of (a) $25,000,000 over (b) the sum of (i) the aggregate increase in the Revolving Credit Commitments established at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.24 and (ii) the aggregate amount of all Incremental Term Loan Commitments established prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.25.
