Incremental cost means all costs that could be avoided in the medium term if a Segment was removed from the Network;
Fixed capital cost means the capital needed to provide all the depreciable components.
Incremental Cap has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).
Incremental Costs means all reasonable additional costs properly and reasonably incurred by Network Rail in respect of any modification referred to in paragraph 2.8, being the additional reasonable costs (if any) to Network Rail in respect of its obligation to maintain and operate the Network, but excluding:
Capital Cost means costs incurred or proposed to be incurred by the municipality or a local board thereof directly or by others on behalf of, and as authorized by, the municipality or local board,
Additional Capital Contributions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.
Additional Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02.
Incremental value means a figure derived by multiplying the marginal value of the property located within a project area on which tax increment is collected by a number that represents the adjusted tax increment from that project area that is paid to the agency.
Capital Commitment means, for any Borrower, the capital commitment of its Investors in the amount set forth in the applicable Subscription Agreements; “Capital Commitments” means all such Capital Commitments, collectively.
Working Capital Commitment means, with respect to any Working Capital Lender at any time, the amount set forth opposite such Lender's name on Schedule I hereto under the caption "Working Capital Commitment" or, if such Lender has entered into one or more Assignments and Acceptances, set forth for such Lender in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 8.07(d) as such Lender's "Working Capital Commitment", as such amount may be reduced at or prior to such time pursuant to Section 2.05.
Investment Capital Expenditures means capital expenditures other than Maintenance Capital Expenditures and Expansion Capital Expenditures.
Net Working Capital Amount means, with respect to a Participating McNeil Partnership, the excess of the Positive Excess Cash Balance of such Participating McNeil Partnership over the cash on hand of such Participating McNeil Partnership immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Net Capital Expenditures means for any period the amount by which Capital Expenditures during such period exceeds reimbursements for such items during such period from any fund established pursuant to the Loan Documents.
Capital Costs means an add-on to the blended base amount, which shall compensate for Medicaid’s portion of capital costs. Capital costs for buildings, fixtures and movable equipment are defined in the hospital’s base year cost report, are case-mix adjusted, are adjusted to reflect 80 percent of allowable costs, and are adjusted to be no greater than one standard deviation off the mean Medicaid blended capital rate.
Incremental Commitment means an Incremental Term Loan Commitment or an Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment.
Initial Capital Contributions has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.
Increment means the amount per annum provided as a rate of increase in the applicable salary payable to any eligible employee, which unless the context of the relevant approved pay range otherwise clearly indicates, may be granted annually on the applicable anniversary dates.
Initial Capital Contribution has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
Net Working Capital Target means $0.00.
Net Capital as used in this rule, shall mean the difference between total assets and total indebtedness, as determined by generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, and thereafter adjusted pursuant to paragraph (K)(2) of this rule.
Contribution Indebtedness means Indebtedness or Disqualified Stock of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary in an aggregate principal amount not greater than the aggregate amount of cash contributions (other than the proceeds from the issuance of Disqualified Stock or any cash contribution by an Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary) made to the capital of the Company or a Restricted Subsidiary after the Issue Date (whether through the issuance of Capital Stock or otherwise); provided that such Contribution Indebtedness is incurred within 180 days after the making of the related cash contribution.
Non-Financed Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Capital Expenditures during such period other than Capital Expenditures funded with the proceeds of Indebtedness (excluding ABL Revolving Loans).
Unfinanced Capital Expenditures means, for any period, Capital Expenditures made during such period which are not financed from the proceeds of any Indebtedness (other than the Revolving Loans; it being understood and agreed that, to the extent any Capital Expenditures are financed with Revolving Loans, such Capital Expenditures shall be deemed Unfinanced Capital Expenditures).
Capital Call has the meaning set forth in Section 3.02(a).
Target Net Working Capital Amount means an amount equal to $23,085,000.00.
Working Capital Amount means the difference between (x) the total current assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries and (y) the total current liabilities (other than the New Company Debt, the Existing Company Debt and Deal Expenses) of the Company and its Subsidiaries (in each case calculated in accordance with GAAP immediately prior to the Effective Time and after giving effect to the Contribution, the Distribution and the disposition of cash and cash equivalents contemplated by Section 6.24).
