Incremental Indebtedness definition

Incremental Indebtedness. Indebtedness incurred by the Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.6.
Incremental Indebtedness. Indebtedness incurred after the Restatement Effective Date by the Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with subsection 2.5.
Incremental Indebtedness means any Indebtedness incurred by any Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.5.

More Definitions of Incremental Indebtedness

Incremental Indebtedness means Financial Indebtedness incurred or to be incurred by the Borrower:
Incremental Indebtedness. Indebtedness Incurred by Holdings pursuant to and in accordance with Subsection 2.8.
Incremental Indebtedness means any Indebtedness incurred pursuant to Section 2.21 of the 2017 JPMC Credit Facility (as in effect on the Amendment Closing Date), including Incremental Term Loans (as defined in the 2017 JPMC Credit Facility (as in effect on the Amendment Closing Date)) or Indebtedness incurred pursuant to any Incremental Revolving Commitment.
Incremental Indebtedness. Indebtedness incurred under any Incremental Commitments.
Incremental Indebtedness as defined in the ESH Revolving Credit Agreement as in effect as of the First Amendment Effective Date.
Incremental Indebtedness. Indebtedness incurred by the Borrower pursuant to Section 7.2(s) (i) that is pari passu or junior to the Obligations, (ii) the maturity date of which is not prior to the Revolving Termination Date, (iii) the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of which is equal to or greater than the Weighted Average Life to Maturity of the Indebtedness under this Agreement and (iv) which is subject to a Customary Intercreditor Agreement.
Incremental Indebtedness means any Indebtedness incurred by any Borrower pursuant to and in accordance with Section 2.5. “Incremental Revolving Commitment Effective Date” has the meaning specified in Section 2.5(e)(i).
