Incremental Institutional Term Loan definition

Incremental Institutional Term Loan means an Incremental Term Loan in the form of a term “B” facility, as such term is understood in the leveraged finance market and which is marketed primarily to institutional investors, and increase in any such Incremental Term Loan.
