Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan A fixed rate mortgage loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement.
Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of either (i) 9.25% plus the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal minus 3.50% and (ii) 9.25%.
Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan serviced pursuant to this Agreement under which the Mortgage Interest Rate is adjusted from time to time in accordance with the terms and provisions of the related Mortgage Note.
Term Loan Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Refinancing Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan originated in connection with the refinancing of an existing mortgage loan.
Incremental Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).
Incremental Revolving Loan has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(b).
Term Loan Advance and “Term Loan Advances” are each defined in Section 2.1.1(a).
Revolving Interest Rate means an interest rate per annum equal to (a) the sum of the Alternate Base Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Domestic Rate Loans and (b) the sum of the Eurodollar Rate plus the Applicable Margin with respect to Eurodollar Rate Loans.
Mortgage Rate Caps With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate, and the Minimum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan.
Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Incremental Loan Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Lender PMI Mortgage Loan Certain Mortgage Loans as to which the lender (rather than the borrower) acquires the Primary Insurance Policy and charges the related borrower an interest premium.
Term Loan as defined in Section 2.1.
Incremental Revolving Loan Lender shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(b).
Loan Interest Rate means, as to any Loan, the annual rate of interest specified in the Loan.
Incremental Revolving Loans has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.22(a).
Term Loan Increase has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Incremental Term Loan Facility has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Term Loan Amount means with respect to any Term Loan Lender, the amount equal to its Term Loan Percentage of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under the Term Loan.
Incremental Term Loan Repayment Dates means the dates scheduled for the repayment of principal of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Initial Revolving Loan means a Revolving Facility Loan made (i) pursuant to the Revolving Facility Commitments in effect on the Closing Date (as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement) or (ii) pursuant to any Incremental Revolving Facility Commitment on the same terms as the Revolving Facility Loans referred to in clause (i) of this definition.
Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the periodic limit on each Mortgage Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
Shared-Loss Loan Commitment Advance means an advance pursuant to a Shared-Loss Loan Commitment with respect to which the Assuming Institution has not made a Permitted Advance.
Incremental Term Loan Note means a promissory note made by the Borrower in favor of an Incremental Term Lender evidencing the Incremental Term Loans made by such Incremental Term Lender, and any amendments, supplements and modifications thereto, any substitutes therefor, and any replacements, restatements, renewals or extension thereof, in whole or in part.
Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.
