Incremental Revolving Tranche Facility as defined in subsection 2.6.

Each Incremental Term Facility shall be in an aggregate principal amount not less than $50,000,000, and each Incremental Revolving Tranche Facility and Incremental Revolving Commitment shall be in an aggregate principal amount not less than $25,000,000.
Any acknowledgment, consent, direction, certification or other action which might otherwise be valid or effective only if given or taken by all Incremental Revolving Tranche Facility Borrowers, or by each Incremental Revolving Tranche Facility Borrower acting singly, shall be valid and effective if given or taken only by the Borrower, whether or not any such other Borrower joins therein.
