Indemnified Items means, collectively, any claims, losses, penalties, fines, forfeitures, reasonable legal fees and related costs, judgments and any other costs, liabilities, fees and expenses incurred in connection with the servicing and administration of the Mortgage Loan and the Mortgaged Property (or, with respect to the Operating Advisor, incurred in connection with the provision of services for the Mortgage Loan) under the Servicing Agreement.
