Indenture Redemption Price definition

Indenture Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(c).
Indenture Redemption Price means the Optional Note Redemption Price or the Special Note Redemption Price, as applicable.
Indenture Redemption Price has the meaning specified in Section 4.2(c). “Interest Payment Date” has the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Indenture. “Investment Company Act” means the Investment Company Act of 1940, or any successor statute thereto, in each case as amended from time to time. “Investment Company Event” has the meaning specified in Section 1.1 of the Indenture. “LIBOR” has the meaning specified in Schedule A. “LIBOR Business Day” has the meaning specified in Schedule A. “LIBOR Determination Date” has the meaning specified in Schedule A. “Lien” means any lien, pledge, charge, encumbrance, mortgage, deed of trust, adverse ownership interest, hypothecation, assignment, security interest or preference, priority or other security agreement or preferential arrangement of any kind or nature whatsoever. “Like Amount” means (a) with respect to a redemption of any Trust Securities, Trust Securities having a Liquidation Amount equal to the principal amount of Notes to be contemporaneously redeemed or paid at maturity in accordance with the Indenture, the proceeds of which will be used to pay the Redemption Price of such Trust Securities, (b) with respect to a distribution of Notes to Holders of Trust Securities in connection with a dissolution of the Trust, Notes having a principal amount equal to the Liquidation Amount of the Trust Securities of the Holder to whom such Notes are distributed and (c) with respect to any distribution of Additional Interest Amounts to Holders of Trust Securities, Notes having a principal amount equal to the Liquidation Amount of the Trust Securities in respect of which such distribution is made. “Liquidation Amount” means the stated amount of $1,000 per Trust Security. “Liquidation Date” means the date on which assets are to be distributed to Holders in accordance with Section 9.4(a) hereunder following dissolution of the Trust. “Liquidation Distribution” has the meaning specified in Section 9.4(d). “Majority in Liquidation Amount of the Preferred Securities” means Preferred Securities representing more than fifty percent (50%) of the aggregate Liquidation Amount of all (or a specified group of) then Outstanding Preferred Securities. 6
