Examples of Indenture Supplements in a sentence

  • Such payments are subject to the allocation, deposits and payment sections of this Indenture and of the related Indenture Supplement(s).

Indenture Supplements means, collectively, the Existing Indenture Supplements and Future Indenture Supplements.
Indenture Supplements means the two supplements to the Indenture, dated as of June 3. 2008, among the Company, the Guarantor, Tyco International Group S.A., a Luxembourg Company, and Wilmington Trust Company, as successor to The Bank of New York, as Trustee, containing the amendments to the Indenture that are more fully described in Annex A to the Offering Memorandum.

Related to Indenture Supplements

  • Indenture Supplement means the Amended and Restated CHASEseries Indenture Supplement, dated as of October 15, 2004, among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.

  • Series Supplement The agreement into which this Standard Terms is incorporated and pursuant to which, together with this Standard Terms, a Series of Certificates is issued.

  • Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Asset Pool 1 Supplement means the Asset Pool 1 Supplement dated as of October 9, 2002, by and between the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Indenture means this Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Base Indenture has the meaning provided in the recitals.

  • Servicing Supplement means this 2014-1 servicing supplement to the Basic Servicing Agreement.

  • Asset Pool One Supplement The Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement, dated as of December 19, 2007, between Chase Issuance Trust, as Issuing Entity, and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee and Collateral Agent, and acknowledged and accepted by the Bank, as Transferor, Servicer and Administrator.

  • Indenture Notes means the Notes.

  • Operative Indentures means, as of any date, each “Indenture” (as such term is defined in the Note Purchase Agreement), including the Indenture, whether or not any other “Indenture” shall have been entered into before or after the date of the Indenture, but only if as of such date all “Equipment Notes” (as defined in each such “Indenture”) are held by the “Subordination Agent” under the “Intercreditor Agreement”, as such terms are defined in each such “Indenture”.

  • Fifth Supplemental Indenture means the Fifth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of November 27, 2009, among the Company, the Guarantors and the Trustee.

  • Asset Pool Supplement means the Second Amended and Restated Asset Pool One Supplement to the Indenture, dated as of December 19, 2007, by and among the Issuing Entity, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent.

  • Master Servicing Agreement means the master servicing agreement entered into on 20 May 2013 between the Guarantor, the Issuer and the Master Servicer.
