General partnership means an organization formed under chapters 45-13 through 45-21.
Cooperative Apartment A dwelling unit in a multi-dwelling building owned or leased by a Cooperative, which unit the Mortgagor has an exclusive right to occupy pursuant to the terms of a proprietary lease or occupancy agreement.
General Partners means all such Persons.
Appraisal management company means, in connection with valuing properties collateralizing mortgage loans or mortgages incorporated into a securitization, any external third party that oversees a network or panel of more than fifteen certified or licensed appraisers in this state or twenty-five or more nationally within a given year, that is authorized either by a creditor of a consumer credit transaction secured by a consumer's principal dwelling or by an underwriter or other principal in the secondary mortgage markets that engages in appraisal management services.
Apartment shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;
Independent living services means services and activities provided to a child in foster care 14 years
General Partnership Interest means a Partnership Interest held by the General Partner that is a general partnership interest.
apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;
Partnership has the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.
Independent foster home means a private family home in which any child, other than a child by
Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.
Manager-managed limited liability company means a limited liability company that is managed by
Managing General Partner means the managing general partner of the Merging Entity where such Merging Entity is a limited partnership.
Independent living means a planned program of services designed to assist a child age 16 and over
Management Company means the firm overseeing the operation and management of the Participating Property; and shall mean the Grantee in any event wherein the Management Company is required to perform any obligations under this Agreement.
Independent Party means, with respect to a BDC Downstream Fund, (i) if the BDC Downstream Fund has a board of directors (or the equivalent), the board or (ii) if the BDC Downstream Fund does not have a board of directors (or the equivalent), a transaction committee or advisory committee of the BDC Downstream Fund.
Independent school means a school which is an efficient school within the meaning of the School Education Act 1999 and which is not administered by or on behalf of the Government of Western Australia.
General Partner means the Company or its successors as general partner of the Partnership.
Demand side management means the management of customer

Assisted living services means services provided by a
Management Entity means the community developmental disability program or private corporation that operates the regional crisis diversion program, including acting as the fiscal agent for regional crisis diversion funds and resources.
Independent Advisor means a reputable accounting, appraisal or nationally recognized investment banking, engineering or consulting firm (a) which does not, and whose directors, officers and employees or Affiliates do not, have a direct or indirect material financial interest in the Company and (b) which, in the judgment of the Board of Directors of the Company, is otherwise disinterested, independent and qualified to perform the task for which it is to be engaged.
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
REIT means a real estate investment trust under Sections 856 through 860 of the Code.
General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
