Independent Architect definition

Independent Architect means an architect, engineer or construction consultant selected by Borrower which is Independent, licensed to practice in the State and has at least five (5) years of architectural experience and which is reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Independent Architect means an architect, engineer or firm of architects and engineers selected by the Company with the approval of a majority in principal amount of the Bondholders.
Independent Architect is defined in Section 7.14.

  • Upon Lessor's request, Lessee shall replace or cause to be replaced any such work or material found to be materially deficient by the Project Architect or Independent Architect.

More Definitions of Independent Architect

Independent Architect means an architect, engineer or construction consultant selected by Borrower which is Independent, licensed to practice in the State and has at least five (5) years of architectural, engineering or construction experience and which is reasonably acceptable to Lender.
Independent Architect means any reputable architecture or construction management firm that is licensed or registered in the jurisdiction where a Property is located, if required by the laws of such jurisdiction, and not affiliated with any Issuer.
Independent Architect means an architect to be appointed by the South African Council for the Architectural Profession upon request of either Party;
Independent Architect means such independent architect as may be appointed (in default of agreement by the Lessor and the Lessee) by the President for the time being of the Royal Institute of Architects in Ireland on the application of either the Lessor or the Lessee;

Independent Architect means, with respect to a particular project, an independent architect or engineer, as appropriate for such project, selected by Borrower, licensed or registered to practice in the state where the Property is located and having at least five (5) years' experience in respect of the subject matter of such project.
