Independent Marketing Agent means a representative hired as an independent agent of the Company, and is treated as an independent contractor, to carry out duties related to casino marketing activities. Each Independent Marketing Agent is a natural person that provides bona fide services to the registrant, within the meaning of Form S-8 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended to date.
