Independent Quantity Surveyor definition

Independent Quantity Surveyor means the independent quantity surveyor nominated under clause 17 suitably qualified and experienced to carry out the quantity surveying work and having no current involvement with the project management, design and/or superintendency of the Work on behalf of the Developer. IPART Reviewed Contributions Plan has the same meaning as in direction given by the Minister under s7.17 of the Act on 17 July 2017.
