Examples of Independent Services in a sentence

  • Tenant acknowledges that Landlord has no obligation of any type concerning the provision of Independent Services, and agrees that any cessation or interruption of Independent Services or any other act or neglect by the third party providing the Independent Services shall not constitute a default or constructive eviction by Landlord.

  • Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.

  • Investment Services means the Investment Services under the Company’s CIF license which can be found in the document “Company Information”.

  • Outplacement Services means professional outplacement services determined by the Employer to be suitable to the Executive’s position. The maximum amount that the Employer will pay for such services is set forth on the first page of the Agreement. The outplacement services shall be made available until the earlier of (i) such time as the aggregate cost to the Employer of the outplacement services reaches the maximum amount specified on the first page of the Agreement, and (iii) the date on which the Executive obtains another full-time job.   • Employment services organization means an organization that provides community-based employment services to individuals with disabilities that is an approved Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accredited vendor of the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services.

  • IT Services means any services relating to the IT Systems or to any other aspect of the Group’s data processing or other technology requirements, including software development, support or maintenance, consultancy, source code deposit, recovery and network services, facilities management or hardware maintenance; and

  • Supported employment services means provision of job training and supervision available to assist an individual who needs intensive ongoing support to choose, get, and keep a job in a community business setting. Supported employment is a service planned in partnership with public vocational assistance agencies and school districts and through Social Security Work Incentives when available.

  • Advisory Services means the non-binding investment advisory services rendered by the Portfolio Manager to the Client. The Portfolio Manager shall be solely acting as an advisor to the Portfolio of the Client and shall not be responsible for the investment / divestment of Securities.
