Examples of Independent Third Party Engineer in a sentence

  • The Party that will pay for the Independent Third Party Engineer and all costs related thereto shall be the losing Party, as determined by the Independent Third Party Engineer.

  • The Parties shall negotiate in good faith to select an Independent Third Party Engineer.
