Index Contract definition

Index Contract means any Contract Terms where the Underlying is an index or indices, as determined by the Exchange from time to time;
Index Contract means a contract under which benefits shall be based upon a publicly available interest rate series or an index of the aggregate market value of a group of publicly traded financial instruments, either of which is specified in the contract, and that does not provide a guarantee of some or all of the consideration received plus earnings at a fixed rate specified in advance and that does not provide any secondary guarantees on elective benefits or maturity values.
Index Contract means each commodities contract comprising the Index or any Successor Index, as applicable.

  • Index With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and with respect to each related Adjustment Date, the index as specified in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Index Linked Note means an Index Linked Interest Note and/or an Index Linked Redemption Note.

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Services;
