Index B means the index for the year prior to index A.

Index Sponsor means the sponsor or publisher of an Index.
Index Provider means, in respect of a Sub-Fund, the person responsible for compiling the Index against which the relevant Sub-Fund benchmarks its investments and who holds the right to licence the use of such Index to the relevant Sub-Fund as set out in the relevant Appendix.
Index Start Date means 19 January 2015.
Index Start Value means 1,000 index points and represents the Index Closing Value on Index Calculation Day T=0 for the purposes of calculating the index in accordance with C).
Index Level means, in respect of any day and subject to Adjustment Provisions: (a) in respect of an Index (other than a Multiple Exchange Index), the closing level of such Index at the Valuation Time on such day; and (b) in respect of an Index that is a Multiple Exchange Index, the official closing level of the Index on such day at the Valuation Time as calculated and published by the Index Sponsor each as rounded up to four decimal places (with 0.00005 being rounded up), all as determined by the Calculation Agent.
Index Price on a given date shall mean the weighted average (weighted in accordance with the factors listed above) of the closing prices of the companies composing the Index Group.
Index Linked with respect to an amount at any time, means that the amount is adjusted as at each April 1st commencing April 1, 2015 by:
Index Value means, in relation to any Reference Rate Business Day:
Index Group means the NASDAQ Bank Index.
Index Administrator means the index administrator as set out in the Table, which is the corporation or other entity that is responsible for setting and reviewing the rules and procedures and the methods of calculation and adjustments, if any, related to the Index and announces (directly or through an agent) the level of the Index on a regular basis during each Scheduled Trading Day; where reference to the Index Administrator shall include a reference to the "Successor Index Administrator" defined in §4b(1) below.
Index Number means the Consumer Price Index (Sydney all groups) published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics from time to time.
Index Days means, in the case of the SONIA Compounded Index, London Banking Days, and, in the case of the SOFR Compounded Index, U.S. Government Securities Business Days;
Index Call Event means each of the following events:
Index Fee means 1.0% per annum. The Index Fee is charged each calendar day, beginning as of the Index Start Date. It is calculated on the basis of a 360-day year and the most recently calculated Index Closing Value.
Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.
Reuters Screen US PRIME1 Page means the display designated as page “US PRIME1” on the Reuters Monitor Money Rates Service (or such other page as may replace the US PRIME1 page on that service for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks).
Index Performance means, in relation to an Index and an Auto-Call Valuation Date or the Valuation Date, as the case may be, a percentage calculated by the Calculation Agent in respect of such date in accordance with the following formula: Index Performance =Final Index Level × 100% Initial Index Level
Index Securities means Securities of those companies which are at the relevant time the constituent companies of the Index, any Securities used to track the performance of such Securities constituting the Index at the relevant time or such other Securities designated by the Manager.
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Index Maturity means, with respect to any Accrual Period, a period of time equal to three or four months, as applicable, commencing on the first day of that Accrual Period.
Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.
Minimum Index Level means, in respect of a series of bull CBBCs, the lowest Spot Level of the Index during the MCE Valuation Period;
Index With respect to each Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan and with respect to each related Adjustment Date, the index as specified in the related Mortgage Note.
Average Daily Managed Assets of the Fund shall mean the average daily value of the total assets of the Fund, less all accrued liabilities of the Fund (other than the aggregate amount of any outstanding borrowings constituting financial leverage). The Adviser may waive a portion of its fees. If this Agreement becomes effective subsequent to the first day of a month or shall terminate before the last day of a month, compensation for such month shall be computed in a manner consistent with the calculation of the fees payable on a monthly basis. Subject to the provisions of Section 5 below, the accrued fees will be payable monthly as promptly as possible after the end of each month during which this Agreement is in effect.
