Index Valuation Date definition

Index Valuation Date means the date or each of the dates specified in the Pricing Conditions or if any such day is not an Index Business Day, the next following Index Business Day, unless there is a Market Disruption on that day. If there is a Market Disruption on that day, then such Index Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Index Business Day on which there is no Market Disruption, unless there is a Market Disruption on each of the Disruption Number of Index Business Days immediately following the original date that, but for the Market Disruption, would have been such Index Valuation Date. In this case, (i) the day which is such Disruption Number of Index Business Days after the day which would have been such Index Valuation Date shall be deemed to be the Index Valuation Date, notwithstanding the Market Disruption and the Determination Agent shall determine Index Value as of such Index Business Day in accordance with (subject to Condition 7(d) below) the formula and method of calculating the Index last in effect prior to the commencement of the Market Disruption using the Exchange traded price (or if trading in the relevant security has been suspended or materially limited, its good faith estimate of the Exchange traded price that would have prevailed but for that suspension or material limitation) as of the Index Valuation Time on that Index Business Day of eachsecurity comprising the Index; provided that the Determination Agent shall determine Index Value prior to the expiration of the Disruption Number of Index Business Days if waiting for the expiration of such Disruption Number of Index Business Days would result in the calculation being made less than three Payment Business Days prior to the Maturity Date, in which case, such determination shall be made as of the Index Valuation Time on the third Payment Business Day prior to the Maturity Date;
Index Valuation Date means any Banking Day that is a Reference Index Calculation Date and on which the issuance and redemption of Fund Shares is usually possible as described in the Fund Documents.

  • In case a scheduled Index Valuation Date is no Business Day, the Index Valuation Date is the next Business Day.

  • If the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion determines that any Index Valuation Date is a Disrupted Day, then the Index Valuation Date shall be the first succeeding Index Business Day that the Calculation Agent determines is not a Disrupted Day, unless the Calculation Agent determines that each of the five Index Business Days immediately following the original date is a Disrupted Day.
