Indexed Rent definition

Indexed Rent means: Current Rent multiplied by (A/B) per annum where: A = The figure shown in the Index for the month immediately before the Relevant Indexation Review Date; and B = (In the case of the first Indexation Review Date) the figure shown in the Index for September 2016 and (in the case of the subsequent Indexation Review Date) the figure shown in the Index for September 2026
Indexed Rent the rent calculated in accordance with paragraph 3;
Indexed Rent means: Current Rent multiplied by (A/B) per annum where: A = The figure shown in the Index for the month immediately before the Relevant Review Date; and B = (In the case of Review Date 1) the figure shown in the Index for February 2015, (in the case of Review Date 2) the figure shown in the Index for August 2020, (in the case of Review Date 3) the figure shown in the Index for August 2025 and (in the case of Review Date 4) the figure shown in the Index for August 2030. PROVIDED THAT: At Review Date 1 the maximum value of (A/B) shall be 1.2409860 and the minimum value of (A/B) shall be 1.0562651; At each of Review Date 2, Review Date 3 and Review Date 4 the maximum value of (A/B) shall be 1.2166529 and the minimum value of (A/B) shall be 1.0510101;

Examples of Indexed Rent in a sentence

  • Current Rent, Indexed Rent and Revised Rent are references to yearly sums.

  • Any notice to be served by the Tenant on the Developer pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement shall specify the portion of the Additional Accommodation in respect of which the Tenant requires the Developer to proceed with construction and shall also specify the Tenant's calculation of the Indexed Rent to apply to such part of the Additional Accommodation and the option to apply in relation to break clauses as set out at Clause 5.3. or Clause 5.4. (as appropriate).

  • The amount so calculated shall be called the Indexed Rent Amount and shall be adjusted each year thereafter in a similar manner but in no year shall the percentage increase exceed six percent (6%).

  • When the Indexed Rent has been ascertained, a memorandum recording the Main Rent reserved on review must be entered into.

  • When the Indexed Rent and the Market Rent have been ascertained, a memorandum recording the Main Rent reserved on review must be entered into.


More Definitions of Indexed Rent

Indexed Rent means the annual rent calculated by multiplying the Base Rent by B and dividing that by A;
Indexed Rent means a rent of ,6.20 per sq. ft. of Gross External Area increased in accordance with the proportionate increase in the Index from (i) (where the first option is exercised) the date hereof to the date upon which the Tenant exercises its first option as hereinafter provided in respect of the Additional Accommodation or part thereof and (ii) (where the second option is exercised) the date hereof tot he date upon which the Tenant exercises its second option as hereinafter provided in respect of a further part of the Additional Accommodation.
