Indicative Offer definition

Indicative Offer means an indicative Offer submitted by the Operator to the DEA during the tender procedure that led to the award of the Contract to the Operator.
Indicative Offer means a non-binding Offer submitted by Seller pursuant this RFO conforming to the deadlines and requirements set forth in Section C of the Transmittal Letter.
Indicative Offer has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.6 (Indicative Offer Letter) of Part A of Schedule 1 (Auction Process).
