The GLA is entitled from time to time to conduct a review and reconciliation exercise (Interim Reconciliation Exercise) to: assess the Grant Recipient's progress in the Profiling of the Unprofiled Indicative Dwellings to Named Projects and in delivering the resulting Named (Indicative) Projects as against each Annual Committed Number; and/or assess the average of the grant rates applied to the AHP Dwellings of each Tenure Type comprised in each Named (Indicative) Project against the Average Grant Rates.
Indicative Project has been profiled into a Named Project on OPS in accordance with Condition 7.3, the Indicative Allocation shall, notwithstanding the quantum of the Indicative Allocation which appears on OPS, be deemed to be reduced by an amount equal to the Named Project Grant allocated to that Named Project.
The Indicative Project Plan for the completion of the Supplier's obligations in respect of the Deliverables is set out in schedule 2.

The updated program prepared under paragraph (b) (if any) must include a detailed recommendation as to the Project End Date having regard to: the Indicative Project End Date; and any changes to the Project that have been directed or agreed by the Commonwealth during the Development Phase.
The Developer, the [INSERT] and EEBC agree to keep to the timescale for the application set out in the attached Indicative Project Programme, unless it is agreed by both parties that this period should be extended to allow for positive determination of the application, or referral to relevant statutory bodies.
