Indigent Support Policy definition

Indigent Support Policy means the Indigent Support Policy adopted by the Council of the municipality.
Indigent Support Policy means the policy for the provision of indigent subsidies to qualifying indigent debtors in terms of the Council's policy relating to the following:

Related to Indigent Support Policy

  • Support Policy shall have the meaning given to it in the Support Terms (defined below).

  • Replacement Supplier means any third party provider of Replacement Services appointed by or at the direction of the Customer from time to time or where the Customer is providing Replacement Services for its own account, shall also include the Customer;
