INDIRECT COMPETITOR definition

INDIRECT COMPETITOR means a business enterprise that does not produce or operate, or own directly or indirectly an interest in, any Directly Competitive Businesses but produces or operates, or owns directly or indirectly an interest of twenty percent (20%) or more in, one or more Indirectly Competitive Businesses.
INDIRECT COMPETITOR in respect to SIEMENS means an entity that is not a DIRECT COMPETITOR but which has a product line that competes with the MR scanner product line of SIEMENS.
INDIRECT COMPETITOR means an entity that is not a DIRECT COMPETITOR but which has a product line that competes with another product line of SIEMENS.
