Indirect Customers means customers on our network (and therefore included in our on-net customer base and on-net revenue) who are taking a service from an independent ISP that is a Partner customer of TTB;

• When placing an Order, the Contracting Body shall state: whether it is purchasing the Services for itself and/or in order to supply those Services on to any Indirect Customers; whether it wishes the Supplier to enter into a Cooperation Agreement and, if so, provide the form of agreement it proposes to use.

• The Bank is providing the Scanner and Program to the Customer to allow the Customer to create Images of the paper checks (drawn on U.S. Banks only) received from Indirect Customers (the “Customer’s” customer) and to then transmit these Images electronically for the purpose of having Check 21 Transactions initiated.

• After the first twelve months of each Direct and Indirect Customers’ “Basic” cellular plan, LICENSEE shall receive twelve and one-half percent (12.5%) of the gross fees collected from Direct and Indirect Customers of LICENSOR’s “Basic” cellular plan charges.
