Indirect Damages definition

Indirect Damages means consequential, indirect and punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit and business interruption losses or damages;
Indirect Damages has the meaning given in the STD General Terms, provided that the term “Mobile Co-location Terms” as used in that definition will be deemed to also include this Agreement.
Indirect Damages is defined in Section 14.5(a).

Examples of Indirect Damages in a sentence

  • Shall Not Be Liable to the Other for Any Consequential, Special, Punitive, Or Indirect Damages, Including Lost Profits or Opportunities.
