Indirect Goods and Services definition

Indirect Goods and Services means those goods and services that are purchased by Kraft, consumed directly by Kraft, and not utilized in Kraft’s provision of its services to its customers. Such goods and services include, for example: travel; office supplies and equipment; maintenance, repair, and operating supplies/MRO; advertising and marketing services; contract labor; and desktop IT equipment.
Indirect Goods and Services means those goods and services that are purchased by Allegheny, consumed directly by Allegheny, and not utilized in Allegheny’s provision of its services to its customers. Such goods and services include, for example: travel; office supplies and equipment; maintenance, repair, and operating supplies/MRO; advertising and marketing services; contract labor; and desktop IT equipment.

Examples of Indirect Goods and Services in a sentence

  • Upon the earlier of (a) the date that the parties execute a written agreement, including a Master Purchase Agreement for Indirect Goods and Services, or (b) Seller’s acceptance of a Purchase Order (as set forth in Section 1.1(b)), the terms of such Purchase Order, together with these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable agreements, will form a binding contract between Purchaser and Seller (the “Contract”).
