INDIVIDUAL CERTIFICATE YEAR means the one (1) year period which starts on the Effective Date or any Individual Certificate Anniversary and ends on the day before the following Individual Certificate Anniversary.
Individual Certificate Any Private Certificate registered in the name of the Holder other than the Depository or its nominee.
Initial Certificate Balance means $[ ].
Initial Certificate Principal Balance With respect to each Class of Certificates, the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Certificates as of the Cut-off Date, as set forth in the Series Supplement.
Final Certificate in relation to the work shall mean the certificate regarding the satisfactory compliance, performance and fulfillment of all Contractual Obligations as issued by the Head of SBU & PC – Rock Phosphate.
