Individual Company means Gerber scientific Products, Inc., Gerber Optical, Inc., Gerber Garment Technology, Inc., Gerber Systems Technology, Inc. (until May 1, 1992), The Gerber Scientific Instrument Company, renamed effective May 1, 1992 Gerber Systems Corporation, or any other member of the Affiliated Group which shall assume the obligations of the Pension Plan with respect to its Employees by signing an Agreement of Participation with the Principal Company and the Trustee.
