Individual Flexibility Arrangement definition

Individual Flexibility Arrangement means an arrangement agreed in writing between the Employer and an individual Employee in accordance with clause 9 of this Agreement headed “Individual Flexibility Arrangements”.
Individual Flexibility Arrangement means an arrangement made between the Commissioner and an Employee which varies the terms of this Agreement.
Individual Flexibility Arrangement means an individual written agreement between an employer and an employee made in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009. NES (National Employment Standards) – means the minimum standards applying to employment as defined in Part 2-2 of the Fair Work Act 2009, or otherwise set by the Fair Work Commission.

Examples of Individual Flexibility Arrangement in a sentence

  • It is a condition of employment of a Trade Trainer at SCEA that the terms of their Individual Flexibility Arrangement shall not be incompatible with the reasonable operational requirements of the relevant School’s trade training programme.

  • Note In some circumstances, additional remuneration paid under an Individual Flexibility Arrangement, shift penalties, higher duties allowance and other allowances may count as salary for superannuation purposes in accordance with the rules of the employee’s superannuation scheme.

  • Annual leave loading shall be paid on a maximum of four weeks (152 hours) in respect of any year of employment or other period specifically contained in an Individual Flexibility Arrangement as agreed under clause 10 of this Agreement.

  • The Employer and an Employee covered by this Agreement may agree to make an Individual Flexibility Arrangement (IFA) to vary the effect of terms of this Agreement (in relation to the Employer and the Employee), in order to meet the genuine needs of the Employer and the Employee.

  • Any variation to Employee working arrangements under the Individual Flexibility Arrangement clause will be considered via a process which is fair and equitable.

  • The terms in sub-clause 12.8 of the Agreement may be varied by an Individual Flexibility Arrangement (‘IFA’).
