Ongoing Working Fund Contributions are not advance payments of Individual Home Assessments and shall have no effect on future Individual Home Assessments, nor will they be held in reserve.
By the acceptance of a deed or other instrument of conveyance of a Home in the Property, each Owner thereof acknowledges that each Completed Home and the Owners thereof are jointly and severally liable for their own Individual Home Assessments and their applicable portion of any Special Assessments, as well as for any and all other Assessments for which they are liable, as provided for herein.
