Examples of Individual Limited Partner in a sentence
Each Individual Limited Partner hereby agrees that he shall comply with all policies and procedures adopted by any member of the Och-Ziff Group or which Limited Partners are required to observe by law, or by any recognized stock exchange, or other regulatory body or authority.
Each Individual Limited Partner agrees to devote substantially all of his business time, skill, energies and attention to his responsibilities to the Och-Ziff Group in a diligent manner at all times prior to his Special Withdrawal or Withdrawal.
For the purposes of this Section 10.2(a), any Units owned by a Related Trust of an Individual Limited Partner shall be treated as being owned by such Individual Limited Partner.
