Individual Performance Rating definition
Individual Performance Rating means the individual performance rating of a Participant achieved for the applicable Measurement Period, as determined by the Participant's employer in its sole discretion.

If the Company continues the current or a substantially similar version of its Incentive Compensation Plan, when calculating Executive's Quarterly Incentive Bonus under that plan during 2015, the Company shall use an Individual Performance Rating of 10 if the Company exceeds 100% of its base line plan performance plan set forth in Exhibit A.
