Individual Portfolio definition

Individual Portfolio shall have the meaning given to such term in the Information Statement.
Individual Portfolio means, as of any particular time, the assets held by the Custodian for the separate investments made by the Investment Administrator on behalf of a Participant in accordance with Section 2.2(c) of this Agreement. The assets of an Individual Portfolio, which may include NJ TERM investments, shall constitute a separate investment and shall not be deemed to constitute property of the Joint Account.
Individual Portfolio means each of the Xxxxx Fargo Project, the Sulphur Springs Project, the SunTrust Project, the Regions Bank Project, the PNC Project and the MetLife Project.
