Individual Property Release definition
Individual Property Release shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

Borrower shall give written notice to Lender specifying the date on which the Individual Release is to be made under this Section 5(i)(A) (the "Individual Property Release Date").
Lender shall receive this notice not more than sixty (60) days and not less than thirty (30) days prior to the Individual Property Release Date.
In connection with the release of the Lien, Borrower shall submit to Lender, not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the Individual Property Release (or such shorter time as is acceptable to Lender in its sole discretion), a release of Lien (and related Loan Documents) for execution by Lender.
