Individual Stocks definition

Individual Stocks means the following common stocks, subject to adjustment as provided in Article IV. Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO), BellSouth Corporation (NYSE: BLS), Chevron Texaco Corporation (NYSE: CVX), Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED), Duke Energy Corporation (NYSE: DUK), Hewlett-Packard Corporation (NYSE: HPQ), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (NYSE: JNJ), ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Corporation (NYSE: SLE), SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC), and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT).
Individual Stocks means the following common stocks, subject to adjustment as provided in Article IV: Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C), Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX), Dow ▇▇▇▇▇ & Company, Inc. (NYSE: DJ), ▇▇▇ Lilly & Co. (NYSE: LLY), FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), 3M Co. (NYSE: MMM), PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP), Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE), Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN).
Individual Stocks means the following common stocks, subject to adjustment as provided in Article IV: Amerada ▇▇▇▇ Corporation (NYSE: AHC), Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY), Colgate-Palmolive Company (NYSE: CL), Consolidated Edison, Inc. (NYSE: ED), Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Corporation (NYSE: SLE), SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC), Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE: WMT), Washington Mutual, Inc. (NYSE: WM).

Examples of Individual Stocks in a sentence

  • Adviser offers the buying and selling of individual stocks for Clients within the Asset Allocation of Individual Stocks Program.

  • The Portfolio Manager may use derivative instruments like Stock Index Futures, Futures on Individual Stocks, Options on Stock Indices and Options on individual stocks, Interest rate swaps, Forward Rate Agreements or such other derivative instruments as may be introduced from time to time, as permitted by SEBI.

  • A Valuation Date for one or more of the Individual Stocks may be postponed as set forth in Section 2.3.

  • Clients utilizing Adviser’s automated portfolio management service should understand that asset allocation recommendations are limited to a number of ETFs. Adviser offers the buying and selling of individual stocks for Clients within the Automated Asset Allocation of Individual Stocks Program.

  • If the final Valuation Date for one or more of the Individual Stocks is postponed as a result of a Market Disruption Event, the Maturity Date will be the third Business Day following the last rescheduled Valuation Date.

  • If the Calculation Agent determines that any Valuation Date is a Market Disrupted Day with respect to one or more of the Individual Stocks, then the Valuation Date for such Individual Stock shall be postponed to the first succeeding Scheduled Trading Day that is not a Market Disrupted Day, unless each of the eight Scheduled Trading Days immediately following the originally scheduled Valuation Date for such Individual Stock is a Market Disrupted Day.

  • In such case, (A) such eighth Scheduled Trading Day shall be deemed to be the Valuation Date for such Individual Stock, notwithstanding the fact that such day is a Market Disrupted Day with respect to such Individual Stock, and (B) the Calculation Agent shall determine the Valuation Stock Price of the affected Individual Stock(s) using the trading or quoted price of such Individual Stock(s) on that date.

Related to Individual Stocks

  • Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.

  • Special Equity Interest means any Equity Interest that is subject to a Lien in favor of creditors of the issuer of such Equity Interest, provided that (a) such Lien was created to secure Indebtedness owing by such issuer to such creditors, (b) such Indebtedness was (i) in existence at the time the Obligors acquired such Equity Interest, (ii) incurred or assumed by such issuer substantially contemporaneously with such acquisition or (iii) already subject to a Lien granted to such creditors and (c) unless such Equity Interest is not intended to be included in the Collateral, the documentation creating or governing such Lien does not prohibit the inclusion of such Equity Interest in the Collateral.

  • New Equity Interests means the limited liability company

  • Company Capital Stock means the Company Common Stock and the Company Preferred Stock.

  • Parent Capital Stock means Parent Common Stock and Parent Preferred Stock.
