Individual Stocks means the following common stocks, subject to adjustment as provided in Article IV: Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT), Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C), Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX), Dow Xxxxx & Company, Inc. (NYSE: DJ), Xxx Lilly & Co. (NYSE: LLY), FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX), 3M Co. (NYSE: MMM), PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP), Pfizer Inc. (NYSE: PFE), Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN).
Individual Stocks means the following common stocks, subject to adjustment as provided in Article IV: Altria Group, Inc. (NYSE: MO), Amerada Xxxx Corporation (NYSE: AHC), Avon Products, Inc. (NYSE: AVP), The Bank of New York Company, Inc. (NYSE: BK), Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F), Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL), Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE: HPQ), Maytag Corporation (NYSE: MYG), Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT), Nokia Corporation (ADR) (NYSE: NOK).

  • All Employees are required to pre-clear their personal securities transactions prior to execution for all transactions in Individual Stocks, Bonds, Options, Convertibles, Warrants, Rights, and Closed-End Funds.

  • Percentage Stock Ownership means the percentage Stock Ownership interest of any Person or group (as the context may require) for purposes of Section 382 of the Code as determined in accordance with the Treasury Regulation § 1.382-2T(g), (h), (j) and (k) or any successor provision.
