Individual Target definition

Individual Target means the percentage of salary for each individual participating in the MICP. The Committee will establish the Individual Target for each MICP participant, by position title, salary grade, or other category before or during the Award Period.
Individual Target means a percentage of salary for each individual participating in the Plan, or a percentage of the Performance Award Pool, as applicable. The Committee will establish the Individual Target for each participant no later than the earlier of (a) 90 days after the start of the Award Period or (b) a date on which no more than one fourth of the Award Period has elapsed.
Individual Target means the target amount of Company Stock that a Participant is encouraged to own for purposes of the Ownership Guidelines based on the Participant’s job title as of the Date of Loan.

Examples of Individual Target in a sentence

  • The Committee’s establishment of an Individual Target Award for a Participant for a Performance Period shall not imply or require that the same level or any Individual Target Award be established for the Participant for any subsequent Performance Period or for any other Participant for that Performance Period or any subsequent Performance Period.

  • An Individual Target Award may be expressed, at the Committee’s discretion, as a fixed dollar amount, a percentage of the Participant’s base pay, as a percentage of a bonus pool funded by a formula based on achievement of performance goals, or an amount determined pursuant to an objective formula or standard.

  • At the time the performance goals are established (as provided in Section 9.2(c)), the Committee shall prescribe a formula to determine the maximum and minimum percentages (which may be greater or less than 100% of an Individual Target Award) that may be earned or payable based upon the degree of attainment of the performance goals during the Performance Period.

  • The amount paid shall be the Individual Target Award adjusted to reflect both the results against the Participant’s Performance Goals and the Participant’s individual performance.

  • The Committee’s establishment of an Individual Target Award for a Participant for a Performance Period shall not imply or require that the same level or any Individual Target Award be established for the Participant for any subsequent Performance Period or for or any other Participant for that Performance Period or any subsequent Performance Period.

  • The “Individual Bonus Earned” means the amount equal to Individual Target Bonus multiplied by the Corporate Target Achievement Multiplier.

  • The “Quarterly Individual Target Bonus” shall be the Individual Target Bonus divided by four.

  • Any Individual Target Award, adjusted to reflect financial performance, may be further adjusted with the review and approval of the Committee to give full weight to the Participant’s individual performance during the Performance Period.


More Definitions of Individual Target

Individual Target means, withi respect to a Founding Fumi and a Measurement Period, the product of (i) the Founding Firm Aggregate Target Market Share for such Measurement Period multiplied by (1i) such Founding Firn's Initial Pro Rata Class B Common Interest Percentage multiplied by (Ili) the Industry Volume for such Measurement Period-, provided that if a Transferee or, if a plicable, a Required Transferee of (Class B Coilnon Interests becomes a. For puirposes of Section 2. 1l(h)(i), a Founding Xxxx'x Individual Target Ii each calendar year following calendar year 2014 shall be such Founding Xxxx'x Individual Target for the Measurement Period ending at the end of the calendar year 2014. Notwithistandinig the foregoing, with respect to any Measurement Period, in the event that the Board approves and funds a new order type or order execution functionality but the Company fails to implement such niew oider type or order execution functionality within ninety (90) days of the date scheduled for the implemnentation of such order type or execution functionality in the Company's business plan (which date shall be not later than the earliest date that is commercially reasonable and practicable for such implementation taking into account the necessary systems development and other items then having an equal or higher priority on the Company's business plan), the Board shall make such equitable adjustments to the Founding Firms' Individual Targets as it deems appropriate in light of such delay.
Individual Target means a Participant’s target Incentive Award.

Related to Individual Target

  • Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 81.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • M1 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 70.00% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • M4 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 84.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • M5 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 86.20% and (ii) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Targeted Overcollateralization Amount.

  • Target Percentage means those percentages assigned to Participants pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • ASAM criteria means admission, continued service, transfer, and discharge criteria for the treatment of substance use disorders as published by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).

  • REMIC 2 Overcollateralization Target Amount 1.00% of the Overcollateralization Target Amount.

  • Overcollateralization Target Amount means 0.85% of the Adjusted Pool Balance as of the Cutoff Date.

  • Target Population means persons with low incomes who have one or more disabilities, including mental illness, HIV or AIDS, substance abuse, or other chronic health condition, or individuals eligible for services provided pursuant to the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Division 4.5 (commencing with Section 4500) of the Welfare and Institutions Code) and may include, among other populations, adults, emancipated minors, families with children, elderly persons, young adults aging out of the foster care system, individuals exiting from institutional settings, veterans, and homeless people.

  • Annual EBITDA means, with respect to any Project or Minority Holding, as of the first day of each fiscal quarter for the immediately preceding consecutive four fiscal quarters, an amount equal to (i) total revenues relating to such Project or Minority Holding for such period, less (ii) total operating expenses relating to such Project or Minority Holding for such period (it being understood that the foregoing calculation shall exclude non-cash charges as determined in accordance with GAAP). Each of the foregoing amounts shall be determined by reference to the Borrower’s Statement of Operations for the applicable periods. An example of the foregoing calculation is set forth on Exhibit G hereto.

  • Selection Criteria means and includes all of the requirements, considerations,

  • Incremental Available Transfer Capability Revenue Rights means the rights to revenues that are derived from incremental Available Transfer Capability created by the addition of Merchant Transmission Facilities or of one of more Customer-Funded Upgrades.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
