Individual Target definition

Individual Target means the percentage of salary for each individual participating in the MICP. The Committee will establish the Individual Target for each MICP participant, by position title, salary grade, or other category before or during the Award Period.
Individual Target means a percentage of salary for each individual participating in the Plan, or a percentage of the Performance Award Pool, as applicable. The Committee will establish the Individual Target for each participant no later than the earlier of (a) 90 days after the start of the Award Period or (b) a date on which no more than one fourth of the Award Period has elapsed.
Individual Target means a Participant’s target Incentive Award.

Examples of Individual Target in a sentence

  • For purposes of the MIP (as defined in paragraph 5 below), for each of the Company’s fiscal years ending during the term of this Agreement, Executive’s Individual Target Award shall be 100% during fiscal year 2007 and 110% thereafter of his base salary for the applicable Year (as defined in the MIP).

  • All determinations by the Compensation Committee shall be final and binding upon all persons having an interest in your Individual Target Award.

  • For purposes of the MIP (as defined in paragraph 5 below), for each of the Company’s fiscal years ending during the term of this Agreement, Executive’s Individual Target Award shall be 85% of her base salary for the applicable Year (as defined in the MIP).

  • For purposes of the MIP (as defined in subparagraph (c) below), for each of the Company's fiscal years ending during the Term of this Agreement, Executive's Individual Target Award shall be 100% of his base salary for the applicable Year (as defined in the MIP).

  • In accordance with Section 5 of the LTIP, the Compensation Committee has established an Individual Target Award for the 2020-2022 Performance Period on your behalf as follow: TSR Target Award $[___] Your TSR Target Award stated above does not include the service-based restricted stock award granted to you by the Compensation Committee as part of your overall long-term compensation package for the 2020-2022 Performance Period.

  • For purposes of the MIP (as defined in subparagraph (c) below), for each of the Company’s fiscal years ending during the Term of this Agreement, Executive’s Individual Target Award shall be no less than One Hundred and Thirty-Five Percent (135%) of his base salary for the applicable Year (as defined in the MIP).

  • The decision of such accountant of the correct amount of each such Individual Target Amount for such year will be binding on Buyer and all Participating Shareholders.

  • The amount earned, if any, by the Participant, shall be equal to the Participant’s Individual Target Cash Award multiplied by the applicable % Payout as described below.

  • The Executive’s Individual Target Opportunity (as defined in the Annual Incentive Plan) under the Annual Incentive Plan for 2024 will be 75% of the Executive’s then current Base Salary, with “threshold”, “target” and “maximum” Multipliers (as defined in the Annual Incentive Plan) for 2024 of 50%, 100% and 200% of the Individual Target Opportunity (as defined in the Annual Incentive Plan), all as set forth under the Annual Incentive Plan.

  • Buyer is under no obligation to purchase any Products and/or Services, except as ordered in WAs and within thE liability limits addressed elsewhere in the Agreement, including those addressed in the Product Unique Attachment(s) to this SOW.


More Definitions of Individual Target

Individual Target means the target amount of Company Stock that a Participant is encouraged to own for purposes of the Ownership Guidelines based on the Participant’s job title as of the Date of Loan.
Individual Target means the target payment amount of a Participant’s Bonus Award for a Performance Period as specified by the Committee.

Notwithistandinig the foregoing, with respect to any Measurement Period, in the event that the Board approves and funds a new order type or order execution functionality but the Company fails to implement such niew oider type or order execution functionality within ninety (90) days of the date scheduled for the implemnentation of such order type or execution functionality in the Company's business plan (which date shall be not later than the earliest date that is commercially reasonable and practicable for such implementation taking into account the necessary systems development and other items then having an equal or higher priority on the Company's business plan), the Board shall make such equitable adjustments to the Founding Firms' Individual Targets as it deems appropriate in light of such delay.
