Individually Negotiated Contract definition
Individually Negotiated Contract means a contract pursuant to which the parties to the contract, as a result of negotiation, agreed to one or more substantial modifications to the terms of Company’s applicable standard form agreement to individually suit, in whole or in part, the needs of a Participating Physician, Physician Group or Physician Organization (including but not limited to higher or customized rates and/or other customized payment methodologies).
