Indoor Event definition

Indoor Event means any banquet, dinner, show, entertainment, amusement, dance, exhibition, lecture, concert, auction, performance or other similar activity held in a Committee Room, the Council Chambers or the Rotunda whose requirements exceed that of a Meeting.
Indoor Event means an event that is held exclusively indoors; does not include the use of decks, porches, patios or other open areas; and requires that all doors and windows to be kept closed to prevent any excessive disturbance to Neighbouring Properties.

  • The host or organizer of an indoor or outdoor Mega-Event, Large Indoor Event, or series of Mega-Events or Large Indoor Events must submit to the Health Officer a proposed plan detailing the procedures that will be implemented to minimize the risk of transmission among patrons and Personnel.

  • The Hoover Metropolitan Complex, located in Hoover, Alabama, consists of: (1) Hoover Metropolitan Stadium, (2) The new Finley Indoor Event Center, and (3) future plans for outdoor recreational fields, playground areas, and tennis courts.

  • Any Indoor Event operating in violation of any provision under this section shall be subject to (1) immediate closure for 24 hours by the Honolulu Police Department to provide an opportunity to cure the violation and provide staff training to protect the public health; and (2) the penalties generally authorized by this Order.

  • The host or organizer does not need advance written approval of the Health Officer or the Health Officer’s designee to proceed with the Mega-Event or Large Indoor Event consistent with the plan.

Related to Indoor Event

  • Major Event means an event which is likely to pose a serious risk to public health in relation to medicinal products in more than one Member States. Such an event concerns a deadly threat or otherwise serious threat to health of biological, chemical, environmental or other origin or incident that can affect the supply or quality, safety, and efficacy of medicinal products. Such an event may lead to shortages of medicinal products in more than one Member State and necessitates urgent coordination at Union level in order to ensure a high level of human health protection.

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Emergency Event means any situation arising from sudden and reasonably unforeseen natural disaster such as earthquake, flood, fire, or other acts of God, or other unforeseen events beyond the control of the portable engine or equipment unit operator, its officers, employees, and contractors that threatens public health and safety and that requires the immediate temporary operation of portable engines or equipment units to help alleviate the threat to public health and safety.

  • Environmental Event shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.2.1.

  • Make-Whole Fundamental Change Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.03(a).

  • Release Event has the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).

  • Change of Control Repurchase Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Below Investment Grade Rating Event.

  • Forbearance Termination Event has the meaning set forth in Section 3(a) hereto.

  • Extraordinary Common Stock Event means (i) the issue of additional shares of the Common Stock as a dividend or other distribution on outstanding Common Stock, (ii) subdivision of outstanding shares of Common Stock into a greater number of shares of the Common Stock, or (iii) combination of outstanding shares of the Common Stock into a smaller number of shares of the Common Stock.

  • Disabling Event means the General Partner ceasing to be the general partner of the Partnership pursuant to Section 17-402 of the Act.

  • Parent Change of Control means the occurrence of any of the following:

  • Trigger Event shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • Incipient Event of Termination means an event that but for notice or lapse of time or both would constitute an Event of Termination.

  • Flip-Over Event means any event described in clause (x), (y) or (z) of Section 13(a) hereof.

  • Terminating Event means any of the following events:

  • Catastrophic Event : means an unforeseen event of biotic or abiotic nature caused by human action that leads to important disturbances of agricultural production systems and forest structures, eventually causing important economic damage to the farming or forestry sectors;

  • Change of Control Triggering Event means the occurrence of both a Change of Control and a Rating Event.

  • Control Termination Event shall have the meaning given to such term or any one or more analogous terms in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Optimal Adjustment Event With respect to any Class of Class B Certificates and any Distribution Date, an Optimal Adjustment Event will occur with respect to such Class if: (i) the Principal Balance of such Class on the Determination Date succeeding such Distribution Date would have been reduced to zero (regardless of whether such Principal Balance was reduced to zero as a result of principal distribution or the allocation of Realized Losses) and (ii) (a) the Principal Balance of any Class of Class A Certificates would be subject to further reduction as a result of the third or fifth sentences of the definition of Principal Balance or (b) the Principal Balance of a Class of Class B Certificates with a lower numerical designation would be reduced with respect to such Distribution Date as a result of the application of clause (ii) of the definition of Class B-1 Principal Balance, Class B-2 Principal Balance, Class B-3 Principal Balance, Class B-4 Principal Balance, Class B-5 Principal Balance or Class B-6 Principal Balance.
