Industrial Areas definition

Industrial Areas means an area developed/earmarked by the Government or any of its Agencies like Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (HPSIDC), Himachal Pradesh Housing & Urban Development Agency (HIMUDA), Himachal Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd. (HPSEDC) etc. itself or in participation with private entrepreneur(s) for the establishment of Manufacturing and Service Enterprises as defined in Annexure-I of this Scheme.
Industrial Areas means those areas reserved by Reclamation to manage project facilities including dam works, power generation, water delivery, and related functions. Industrial Areas include all areas within the Project Areas surrounding the dam, outlet works, feeder canals, and distribution works, wherein Reclamation and/or water user organization(s) retains responsibility for the protection, operation, and maintenance of Project Facilities. The Industrial Areas are shown on Exhibit A.
Industrial Areas means areas which are specified as such by a notification in the Official Gazette.

  • The following Special Industrial Areas Model Agreement does not affect or replace requirements of the laws and regulations administered by the Department.
