Industrial Customers definition

Industrial Customers means customers who purchase the Products for use in laboratories, production plants, and other facilities in all cases not involved in the care of human patients or the diagnosis of disease or defect for the purpose of care of human patients, including, without limitation, analytical, research and development laboratories, educational institutions, environmental testing laboratories, clean room facilities, biotechnology and pharmaceutical research and production facilities, medical device manufacturers, electronic and semiconductor manufacturers, and government research facilities.
Industrial Customers refer to those Town customers which meet the criteria under applicable "Industrial — Distribution Voltage" and "Industrial – Transmission Voltage" rate tariffs for the Company.
Industrial Customers means any Commercial Customer that is engaged in any business related to the manufacture of goods, including activities associated with acquiring raw materials for goods such as mining operations. Industrial Customers do not include Existing Customers.

Examples of Industrial Customers in a sentence

  • New customers will be offered the same price as the existing customers, with the exception of new Very Large Commercial and Industrial Customers (“VLC&I Customers”).

  • New customers will be enrolled at the same price as the existing customers, with the exception of new Very Large Commercial and Industrial Customers (“VLC&I Customers”).

  • By way of example only to illustrate the intent of the previous sentence, Contractor shall pay Franchise Fees to City not later than April 30, 2025, for payments received by Contractor during the month of March 2025 for services provided to Commercial and Industrial Customers, regardless of the date the services were provided.

  • Each month each Member Cooperative shall be required to pay separately for each of its qualifying Large Industrial Customers taking service under this tariff, in each case using that individual Large Industrial Customer contract demand (if any) or metered demand, as applicable.

  • Comverge may request, from time to time, that Air Products provide assistance to Comverge in connection with Comverge’s marketing and selling of Services to Commercial Customers and Industrial Customers, and Air Products may, in its sole discretion, provide such assistance to Comverge.


More Definitions of Industrial Customers

Industrial Customers means Borough water customers that purchase or contract for the purchase of 100,000 gallons or more per day of water.
Industrial Customers means those customers shown on List #1 attached to this Schedule A-4.
Industrial Customers means customers engaged primarily in a process which creates or changes raw or unfinished materials into another form or product.
Industrial Customers means all end users at their business establishments selling products or services to wholesale accounts or through distributors, but not (a) to the general public, (b) to Public Water Systems, as defined in the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act, and (c) related in any way to hemodialysis applications.
