Industrial Precinct definition

Industrial Precinct means that part of Lot 259 on Deposited Plan 220696, being part of the land in qualified certificate of Crown land title volume 3015 folio 565, being an area of approximately 1980 ha within the 2019.9 ha area marked B on Deposited Plan 68246, as referred to in the notice and set out on the map contained in Annexure 2 comprising:
Industrial Precinct means the part of the Land identified as the Industrial Precinct in the Development Plan. Land means the land contained within the following Certificates of Title: Volume 11379 Folio 866; Volume 8871 Folio 259; Volume 8871 Folio 260; and includes any lots created by the subdivision of the Land or any part of it.
Industrial Precinct means the part of the Land identified as the Industrial Precinct in the Development Plan.

Examples of Industrial Precinct in a sentence

  • The Parties agree that this Agreement is intended to apply only to the land located in the Residential Precinct and not land in the Industrial Precinct.

  • The Draft Deed relates to any development on the Land made permissible under the Act by the State Environmental Planning Policy (Sydney Region Growth Centres) Amendment (Marsden Park Industrial Precinct) 2010 (SEPP Amendment), being development that was not permissible immediately before the SEPP Amendment took effect.
