Industrial/Warehouse definition

Industrial/Warehouse means a Building, or portion thereof, which is classified by the Santa Rosa County Property Appraiser as Industrial or Warehouse on the ad valorem tax roll.
Industrial/Warehouse means a building used primarily for the storage and distribution of goods and materials, but shall not include a wholesale or retail outlet; a transportation terminal; the storage of fuel; or a commercial self-storage use.
Industrial/Warehouse space is not limited to warehousing uses. This term is generally used to describe a range of industrial buildings that have open floor plans and high ceilings, and which can accommodate manufacturers, technology firms, wholesalers, distributors, research facilities, etc.
