Industries Debtor definition

Industries Debtor means CL I Winddown LLC f/k/a CarbonLite Industries LLC, in its capacity as debtor and debtor in possession in the Chapter 11 Cases and, from and after the Effective Date, as liquidating debtor pursuant to the Plan.

  • Consumer debtor means a debtor in a consumer transaction.

  • Financial Insolvency means, with respect to any Named Entity covered under any Coverage Part designated as “included” in the Declarations attached hereto:

  • banking company means a banking company as defined in clause (c) of section 5 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949);

  • Allied means Allied Waste Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • International Borrower In connection with any Mortgage Loan, a borrower who is (a) a United States citizen employed in a foreign country, (b) a non-permanent resident alien employed in the United States or (c) a citizen of a country other than the United States with income derived from sources outside the United States.

  • Financial Management Manual means the manual dated June 2009, adopted by the Project Implementing Entity for the purpose of implementing and monitoring the financial management aspects of the Project.

  • Consumer Guarantee means a right or guarantee the Customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights in relation to the supply of goods or services (such as terms implied into a contract) that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Energy means electricity, natural gas, steam, hot or chilled water, fuel oil, or other product for use in a building, or renewable on-site electricity generation, for purposes of providing heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, or for powering or fueling other end-uses in the building and related facilities, as reflected in Utility bills or other documentation of actual Energy use.

  • Consumer obligor means an obligor who is an individual and who incurred the obligation as part of a transaction entered into primarily for personal, family, or household purposes.
