Industry Codes and Standards definition

Industry Codes and Standards means the codes and standards set forth in Exhibit N.
Industry Codes and Standards means the codes and standards of any technical society, organization or association, or codes and standards of any Governmental Authority: (a) that are set forth or referenced in the DCD and applicable Specifications, or (b) that may otherwise apply to performing the Work in accordance with Good Industry Practices, including the codes and standards referenced in Exhibit N.

Examples of Industry Codes and Standards in a sentence

Related to Industry Codes and Standards

  • Codes and Standards means all the applicable codes and standards as indicated in the Specification.

  • Industry Code means a code approved or determined by ICRC under Part 4 of the Act;

  • PCI Standards means the applicable Data Security Standards published by the PCI Security Standards Council.

  • Standards means the British or international standards, Authority's internal policies and procedures, Government codes of practice and guidance referred to in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards) together with any other specified policies or procedures identified in Framework Schedule 13 (Standards);

  • Good Industry Practices means the practices that would be adopted by, and the exercise of that degree of care, skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that reasonably would be expected from, a competent contractor in the international oil and gas industry experienced in performing work similar in nature, size, scope and complexity to the Work and under conditions comparable to those applicable to the Work, where such work is subject to, and such contractor is seeking to comply with, the standards and codes specified in the Contract or (to the extent that they are not so specified) such national or international standards and codes as are most applicable in the circumstances, and the applicable Law.
