In scheduling any grievance in Step Two or Step Three, preference shall be given to any grievance involving the discharge of an employee or a grievance involving the Industry Experience Roster.
Any person claiming to have fulfilled the Industry Experience Roster requirements shall have the burden of establishing and proving such claims.
Such notice shall be given not less than fifteen (15) business days prior to removal of such person from the Industry Experience Roster.
